Gladio might not think about the fact that Ignis hasn't see Leo, but Ignis doesn't let that lapse last for long.

"A moment, Gladio. There's someone very important I need to see here before we go elsewhere," he gives the Shield's hand a squeeze and then lets it go, moving to kneel in front of Leo.
