He's tempted to just cut the cloth away with one of his blades, but clothes are not exactly something they have an excess of. Fortunately, he manages to get Gladio's belt undone before his gloves become too slippery with blood. He then unzips the Shield's pants, folding back and down the side nearest the wound.
Ignoring the blood, he pauses to pull one of his gloves off so he can more carefully pull Gladio's boxers away from the injury.]
